Villa Es Clavet - any information?

Hi,

We are coming to PP this Saturday 9/9, staying Hello - at the Villa Es Clavet. I believe the villa is on the road to Cala San Vicenze. Has anyone stayed there before, or know any useful information about it is it child-friendly, are there any facilities in walking distance?
Please help.
